DRESSAGE TIMES & RUNNING ORDER FOR THE DAY
The indoor arena is available for driving warm up between 10 and 10.30am. Dressage starts promptly at 10.30 am . PLEASE BE READY ON TIME!
PLEASE NOTE : The outdoor arena is not hired by the club but can be hired privately by individual arrangement with Llwynon Saddlery. You are not covered by club insurance for using the outdoor arena.

CONES AND OBSTACLES
Please can everyone help put out the cones and obstacles just after 11.30
The cones AND obstacle courses need to be walked immediately
CONES DRIVING starts by 12 o clock. Drivers to run in the order above ? approx 3 mins apart
Obstacles to IMMEDIATELY follow on from cones.
Please tell the steward Andrew Bevan in advance if you prefer to do your four obstacles with no break between , otherwise, will run in the order above but alternating eg Jonathan obst, 1&2 , Sue 1&2 , Jonathan 3&4 , Sue 3 & 4 on to next two competitors ...etc
PRESENTATION
Please ensure the car park is left clean and only feed hay INSIDE your lorry / trailer
