9am stewards arrive..NO horses before 9.30

except the Curnocks who should be ready to harness for the safety assessment at 9.30

9.30 – 10.15 All horses to arrive within this period and lorries to be parked as directed. Horses NOT to be harnessed up. . Please give in paperwork if you have not done so

PLEASE WALK THE CONES AND OBSTACLES AND THE MARATHON ROUTE BEFORE 11.30 as at this point the courses are closed as the competition is underway. During this time some members will have their d=club checks with Sara Wildy.

WARMING UP HORSES : please do NOT drive down onto the big marathon field to warm up your horse. And please drive with great care especially in the lorry parking area.

11.30 ODE STARTS – courses ARE CLOSED

Please be warmed up and waiting by the dressage arena 5 minutes ahead of your allotted time . lateness will incur penalties.

Help with all aspects of the cones , marathon and obstacles for members who have queries and with practical driving skills from experienced club competitors Peter and Janice Sidebottom. A chance to drive particular parts again.
