Winter vegetable soup : sprinkled with oven roasted herb croutons

Chicken & brandy pate : with caramelised red onion chutney

Duo of Honeydew and galia melon : drizzled with mulled winter berries

Provencal tomato & mascarpone tart : with dressed rocket leaves
