The fun day was very successful and the carriages played a key role . LATCH are very grateful to the PCDG committee and the three club members who took part with their turnouts throughout the day. Starting with the opening ceremony where the mayor of Brecon cut the ribbon the turnouts , all in fancy dress paraded up through the town to publicise the event on the showfield . Then followed a whizzy demonstration by the three drivers round a challenging cones course. In the afternoon was a second parade and cones competition – this time for young drivers so Jack Kedward,10, who drove his 13 hand stallion all day was joined by Emily Phillips ,15 driving a Shetland pair and Khyra,9,driving the speedy cones loving Charlie to victory.

Special thanks to Pat Dutson , Vicky Kedward and Wendy Morris for bringing their wonderful turnouts to support the event.
