Powys Carriage Driving Group

Twelve club drivers enjoyed a fantastic camp with James Broome , Level 2 UK CC coach and National Champion and have acquired all the skills to compete confidently in outdoor HDT events. The backsteppers master class and the session on finding the best routes in an obstacle on Saturday were supplemented by individual schooling sessions, followed on Sunday by obstacle driving and perfecting the prenovice dressage test with cones driving both days. There were great opportunities to socialise with a Chinese meal round the fire. The camp was extremely popular and next year we hope to run two camps to cater for everyone.
