CONGRATULATIONS to Extra Young Junior Driver  Rachel Thomas who has been invited to the awards ceremony for Sports Personality of the Year ( under 12) at the Theatr Brycheniog on March 23rd. This is organised by the Powys Sports Development Officer and the club is extremely proud of Rachel's achievement in being asked to the presentation Awards.

Rachel is only 9 years old and drives veteran Shetland pony Ted . She has taken part in training and in all our indoor affiliated events winning the best overall dressage of the day on three of the four occasions . an awesome result for any 9 year old up against seasoned Open competitors and especially challenging for a Shetland pony , a breed that finds extended trot quite difficult !
