August has been busy with junior training , a visit to Pony Club , and our Join in Sport day on 14th at Llwynon Saddlery.Spectators enjoyed watching junior drivers training and were able to follow the principles of harnessing up and putting to , to different two wheelers and to a competition vehicle.. PCDG are actively promoting carriage driving across the region . On August 4th the club are providing a demo as a main  ring attraction at Brecon County Show , and again in two main ring demos at Llangnyidr Show on August 26th, In support club members will be manning the information tent and avaialable to offer advice and support about all aspects of driving.

Club training officer Emily Ham , 21, was very proud to be selected for Team GB competing in Austria , taking her Section C pony Crossfield Glory , aka Jack  for his fourth international driving event. Fantastic driving by the GB squad resulted in a hoard of individual medals for the British Young Drivers and overall gold in the ICKD World Trophy competition at the event!! So Team GB are literally on top of the world !

The Club has its AGM and social on Friday , June 8th,  7pm for 7.30 start, at The White House , Sennybridge. Food will again be available and it should be a friendly fun get together. Please try to come if you can to help choose the committee for the next year . Better still come onto the committee which will alternate its monthly meetings between Brecon , Sennybridge and Builth to make it easier to get to meetings. Further details from the secretary
