The fun day was very successful and the carriages played a key role . LATCH are very grateful to the PCDG committee and the three club members who took part with their turnouts throughout the day. Starting with the opening ceremony where the mayor of Brecon cut the ribbon the turnouts , all in fancy dress paraded up through the town to publicise the event on the showfield . On Saturday 31st August there is a whole day devoted to fundraising for this brilliant charity. All proceeds will support cancer care for children in our region. The event will run from 10am - 5pm on the Brecon show field site with lots of entertainment , a food hall , stalls, bouncy castle and activities for all the family as well as a raffle with FANTASTIC prizes and an equine carboot . .It will be opened by the mayor at 10am and a carriage parade will go up from...

The new indoor test is now on line with diagrams . The original test has been revised to simplify the trot work so that collected and extended trot have been removed. The revised test has working trot and two movements with lengthened strides. We have a day at Llywnon Saddlery on Saturday September 21st to train for this test where Emily will go through all the movements on foot and demonstrate the test . Then you will be able to drive it and have individual training to help get a flying star...

Congratulations to Emily who has won the competitive 19 - 25 years class at the Young Driver National Championships at Newby Hall . This year she took her Section C Mr J ( Crossfield Glory) who she competes indoors and is also very successful with in driven showing. She was the winner of all three phases and the overall Queen of Cones as the fastest double clear of the event.
Last year she won this age category and Overall marathon trophy with Section D Alfie.
